Stu has been attending and serving at Crossroads Thornton for 12 years with his wife Kara and two sons He has spent most of his time as a volunteer serving in the neighborhoods around where he grew up doing such work as a baseball coach, Scoutmaster, Eagle Scout advisor, and occasional volunteer for the Crossroads Student ministry.
Outside of his passion for serving youth and their families he is a mild-mannered IT Engineer by trade bent on saving the world one mouse click at a time. Stu’s passion for Jesus has focused on working with youth to promote the ideal of servant leadership and enabling them to embrace the gifts that God gave all of us. For church council, Stu sees an opportunity to continue helping open the doors to those that may need help hearing Christ’s message of hope and building the foundation of the church for future generations.
In the odd moments that he's not focused on his next project, you can find him enjoying time with family and friends, golfing, or, in the words of his wife, working on this week’s new hobby.
