Is Online Giving Secure?
Yes! Pushpay™ is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, which also happens to be the same certification your bank has. This means Pushpay™ is considered significantly more secure than many current payment methods, including actually having a credit card physically present.
Can I Set Up Repeating Gifts?
Yes! Click on the GIVE button above for instructions on setting up repeating gifts.
Should I Give Using My Credit Card or Bank Account?
We prefer you give from your bank account (ACH) rather than using a credit card. If you choose to give with a credit card, please keep in mind that roughly around 2.5% of your gift will go to the credit card company for processing fees. With ACH transfers from your bank, Crossroads Church receives 100% of your gift.
Can I View My Past Giving History Online?
You may view your giving history online, at any time via your MyCC account.
I Want to Give But I’m Not a Crossroads Member. Can I Get a Giving Statement for Tax Purposes?
Yes! All givers receive a contribution statement at the beginning of the new year, regardless of membership status.
