MY STORY | Starting Place
What’s a blessing from God for which you waited a long time?

DIGGING DEEPER | Practical Biblical Application
Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, for he has visited and redeemed his people and has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David...
(Luke 1:68-69)

How is God blessed by his redeeming work?
In what ways have you experienced God’s redemption? What would you
be like today without God’s redeeming work in your life?

GROWING TOGETHER | Spiritual Friendship
...as he spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets from of old,
that we should be saved from our enemies and from the hand of all who hate us.
(Luke 1:70-71)

What would make a person your enemy? How would you (or your family) need to be delivered or protected from such a person?

What would it mean to love an enemy like that?

MOVING OUTWARD | Faith in Action
For whose spiritual redemption have you been waiting a long time? If it’s wise to do so, try to connect with that person this week to see how he or she is doing.

Looking back at your notes from this week’s message, was there anything you heard for the first time, stuck with you, challenged or confused you?

What is the one important thing you will take away from this weekend’s message or our community group discussion? Is there any challenge, difficulty or praise that you would like to share with the group for prayer?
