Keeping You in the Loop #53

Mental Health March, Personalized Journals, and More!

March 11, 2021

Hello Crossroads!

As part of our partnership with St. Anthony North Hospital (SAN), we are excited to be offering a live-streamed, mental-health focused event for not only SAN, but for all healthcare professionals—wherever they work! The 45-minute webinar is called, Mental Health March: How to Relieve Pressure in a High Pressure Season. Myself (Pastor Chris) and Pastor Steve Cuss (Discovery Church) will be discussing some practical steps on how to not only identify pressures that creep in, but also how to develop daily, life-giving habits in order to bring refreshment to our souls. This is a free event with two (2) streaming times on March 31 (3:30 and 8pm). Please pass this invitation along to anyone you know who works in the healthcare field!

Along with our mental health webinar, we are asking healthcare workers to complete an anonymous, 2-minute survey that would better help us meet the continuing needs of our frontline workers. Please feel free to fill this out and also pass it along to anyone you know who works in the healthcare world.

Not only are we doing the mental health webinar, but this month we are also providing personalized journals with a bookmark that will offer instruction for reflection and scriptural meditation, as well as providing art supplies as a way to practice self-care strategies (drawing, doodling, and creating to help with mental health). We would like to invite you to join us in providing art supplies. Please select one item or multiples from this list and bring it to Crossroads Church at any location by March 14.

  • Colored pencils
  • Markers
  • Gel Pens
  • Sketch pads/canvas
  • Watercolor paints or pencils

Supplies can be dropped off during a Sunday service or during our office times.

Thornton, Monday & Wednesday 9am-12pm.
Northglenn, Tuesday & Thursday 9am-12pm.
Ft. Lupton will be available for pick up only @ Sunday service.

Thank you for joining us in living out our mission!
