It is so easy to get worn out, and it's so hard to find energy and thrive! Many of us are feeling that right now, especially during this season. When it comes to self-care, often, we have no idea what that looks like or how to find time to do it so what happens is we break those boundaries, and suffer for it. What would it look like to have healthy boundaries around self-care so that we can not only avoid burnout, but thrive?
