Waiting in the Dark (Pt 1)

This whole season is about light - lights on trees, candles in the window, entire neighborhoods full of outdoor illumination. For the next six weeks, everywhere you look will be wrapped in millions and millions of little stars. It is the celebration of light, which only makes sense if we understand the darkness. Darkness is where we begin, as we prepare our hearts for the Advent season.
