Opportunity Details
New Believer Support Team
Walk relationally with people who are curious about faith or are trying to build a foundation. Connecting them relationally to others that can help them, and to existing resources at Crossroads for growth.
Baptism Team
Walk with people through the process of “going public” with their faith. Team members connect with people before baptism, and walk with them afterwards toward connection within the church body.
Spiritual Interest Team
Staff our station on Sunday mornings for people with spiritual questions. Direct them toward the best “next step”, hand out Bibles, or simply engage them where they’re at.
Community Groups
Become equipped to lead a small group of people to grow closer to one another and to God. It’s not about having all the answers, but rather creating space for people to open up and listen to God together. “You can build it, we can help!”
Writing Team
Joining a team to create and/or write curriculum for Community Groups and spiritual growth.
Prayer Team
Members of the prayer team have the opportunity to pray for those in need during/after service, at funerals, for specific prayer requests and even writing daily prayer emails.
