Keeping You in the Loop #52

GROWTHTRACKS, Care Resiliency, Mission Impossible and More!

March 04, 2021

Hello Crossroads!

Spring is coming, and we are excited for the opportunities to connect with you on the horizon. Below are a few key details to keep you in the loop!

GROWTHTRACKS
The mission of Crossroads is to serve people toward and connect people to Jesus. Within this mission, we have created a new tool we call GROWTHTRACKS! What are GROWTHTRACKS you ask? Great question! GROWTHTRACKS are simple "plans" we have created to help you make purposeful progress to grow spiritually and understand where you fit into God's story. They are designed literally as the "tracks'' for your own growth and progress through learning about Jesus, God's story, and some of the key "mega-themes" of the Bible.

To help you in this process, we would love to provide you with a guide as you walk out your path! A guide is simply a mature Christian within our church we have equipped to walk with you in this discovery process. Their purpose is to simply check in with you every couple weeks to see how you're doing, help with questions that come up, and be a prayer support for you. No pressure, just a friend in your corner!

That's really what GROWTHTRACKS are: a path, a guide, and a journey of personal growth and discovery. Visit our website to learn more and follow the instructions to text in if you want to participate.

CARE RESILIENCY
We are excited to be entering our third phase of care for our SAN's (St. Anthony North) health worker resilience program. This month we will be focused on mental health. We will be providing personalized journals with a bookmark that will provide instruction for reflection and scriptural meditation. Also Crossroads in partnership with Discovery Church will be hosting a mental health webinar for health care workers. Follow this link to learn more and/or participate.

Additionally we want to provide art supplies as a way to practice self-care strategies (drawing, doodling, and creating to help with mental health). We would like to invite you to join us in providing art supplies.

Here is a chance to participate - please select one item or multiples from this list and bring it to Crossroads Church at any location by Sunday, March 14.

  • Color pencils
  • Markers
  • Gel Pens

  • Sketch pads/canvas
  • Watercolor/watercolor pencils

Supplies can be dropped off during a Sunday service or during our office times.

Thornton, Monday & Wednesday 9am-12pm.
Northglenn, Tuesday & Thursday 9am-12pm.
Ft. Lupton will be available for pick up only @ Sunday service.

Thank you for your generosity, prayers and support!
