This uncertain season as created a ton of tension, hasn’t it? From political and social unrest, economic challenges, and even stuff closer to home like health, unemployment and the unknown of what the next day will bring. It is easy for us to get angry and for most of us, we don’t like to live there. So what do we do with anger in our lives so it doesn’t end up destroying us?
